Class Policies & Studio Information

General Policies

  • All class and lifestyle sessions must be prepaid via drop-in, package, or membership.

  • Please arrive on time. If you are 5 or more minutes late, your spot may be given to a waitlisted client. If you arrive 10 or more minutes late, you will not be permitted into class.

  • Clients must be 18+ to attend classes. For those under 18, private or semi-private sessions may be arranged by contacting the studio.

  • Grip socks are required for all classes. They can be purchased at the studio or you may bring your own.

  • Please bring water to class. Water is available via a fountain or for purchase at the studio.

  • Check in at the front desk with a staff member upon arrival.

  • A valid credit card on file is required for all clients, regardless of membership or package, for late cancellations or no-shows.

Cancellation & Reservation Policies

Pilates & Lifestyle Session Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled class via the Body Haus Lifestyle Club App.

  • Late cancellations or missed sessions will incur a $25 Late Cancellation Fee.

  • Cancellations are not accepted via text, email, or phone.

Waitlist Policy

  • If a class is full, you may join the waitlist.

  • If a spot opens, you will be automatically added and receive a confirmation via email/text.

  • Ensure notifications are enabled to receive class updates.

  • If you no longer want the spot, you must remove yourself from the waitlist at least 12 hours in advance to avoid the $25 fee.

  • If you are added less than 12 hours before class starts and cannot attend, you will be removed without penalty.

Membership Policies

Billing & Auto-Renewal

  • No-Contract Memberships: Auto Renew each month but can be canceled anytime with 30 days' notice.

  • 6- & 12-Month Committed Memberships: Auto Renew each month and require a minimum commitment period. Early cancellation incurs a $50 fee and requires 30 days' notice.

  • All memberships auto-renew monthly on the same numerical date as purchase.

  • After the commitment term, the membership auto renews month-to-month at the current rate unless canceled.

Booking Policies

  • Monthly members can reserve classes up to 30 days in advance, but not beyond their next auto-renew date.

  • Unlimited members can book one class or one lifestyle service session per day. The complimentary lifestyle session can be used same day only as a “walk in” if the service is open.

  • The Club Unlimited Members - Can book any classes out beyond 30 days and can book up to 2 sessions per day.

Lifestyle Service Booking

  • Sauna, Cold Plunge, and Light Therapy can be booked same-day as a class session with a package or drop-in

  • The complimentary lifestyle service included in monthly memberships can be used on any day as the only session if scheduled in advance. It cannot be used as a 2nd session on the same day as a class unless the service is available after/before class as a “walk in”. It can be scheduled in advance as the only session on any day. Members must be showered and have clean attire for sauna and plunge.

Membership Cancellation & Freezes

  • Monthly No-Commitment Memberships: Require 30 days' notice before the next scheduled auto-charge.

  • Committed Memberships (4, 8, 12, Unlimited):

    • Billed monthly with a 6- or 12-month minimum commitment.

    • Following the commitment term, it converts to month-to-month at current rates.

    • Early termination requires 30 days’ notice and a $50 early termination fee.

  • Membership Freezes:

    • Allowed for medical reasons with a doctor’s note if exceeding two months.

    • Freezes do not pause or terminate billing cycles.

Membership Adjustments & Transfers

  • Upgrading or downgrading a membership resets the commitment term from the transfer date.

  • Transfer requests can be made via the studio or by emailing hello@bodyhauslifestyleclub.com.

How to Cancel

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via hello@bodyhauslifestyleclub.com.
